El molino de bolas de rejilla (o molino de bolas con parrilla) se utiliza generalmente para una etapa de molienda o para minerales con una fuerza de molienda relativamente gruesa, debido a la rejilla de descarga ubicada en el extremo de salida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los molinos de bolas de rejilla tambi\u00e9n se dividen en molinos de bolas de rejilla h\u00famedos y molinos de bolas de rejilla secos.<\/p>\n\n\n

El principio de funcionamiento del molino de bolas de rejilla consiste principalmente en hacerlo girar lentamente mediante un dispositivo de transmisi\u00f3n, mientras el material se alimenta desde el extremo de entrada del cilindro. El material se tritura dentro del cilindro debido al impacto y a la aut\u00f3molienda generada por las bolas de acero y el propio mineral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Debido a la alimentaci\u00f3n continua de material, la presi\u00f3n provoca que los materiales dentro del cilindro se desplacen desde el extremo de alimentaci\u00f3n hacia el extremo de descarga. El material que alcanza el tama\u00f1o de producto terminado se descarga por el extremo de salida del cilindro. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante la molienda h\u00fameda, el material es arrastrado por el flujo de agua; durante la molienda seca, el material es arrastrado por el flujo de aire. El molino de bolas cuenta con una rejilla de descarga en el extremo de salida. El molino de bolas depende de la placa de rejilla para descargar forzosamente el mineral. El nivel de la pulpa dentro del cilindro es bajo, lo que reduce la sobremolienda del mineral e impide la descarga de las bolas de acero.<\/p>\n\n\n
