El molino de barras recibe su nombre debido a que el cuerpo de molienda cargado en el cilindro consiste en barras de acero. Generalmente es del tipo h\u00famedo por rebose y puede utilizarse como molienda primaria en circuito abierto. Se emplea ampliamente en minas met\u00e1licas y no met\u00e1licas, as\u00ed como en los sectores de conservaci\u00f3n de agua y materiales de construcci\u00f3n, para moler diversos minerales o rocas. <\/p>\n\n\n

1. En las plantas de separaci\u00f3n por gravedad o magn\u00e9tica de minerales de tungsteno-esta\u00f1o y otros metales raros, as\u00ed como en plantas de arena de cuarzo, se utilizan frecuentemente molinos de barras para prevenir los da\u00f1os causados por la \u201csobremolienda\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Cuando se emplea molienda continua en dos etapas, si en la primera etapa se requiere moler de 20-6 mm a 3-1 mm, el uso del molino de barras como equipo de molienda primaria ofrece una mayor capacidad de producci\u00f3n y eficiencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. En algunos casos, el molino de barras puede reemplazar a la trituradora de cono de cabeza corta para la trituraci\u00f3n fina.<\/p>\n\n\n

1. La caracter\u00edstica del molino de barras es que, durante el proceso de molienda, el medio de molienda est\u00e1 en contacto lineal con el mineral, por lo que tiene un efecto de molienda selectiva;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del molino de barras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El molino de barras es impulsado por el motor a trav\u00e9s de un reductor de engranajes, o bien mediante un motor s\u00edncrono perif\u00e9rico de baja velocidad, o directamente a trav\u00e9s de una gran corona dentada perif\u00e9rica que reduce la velocidad, lo que hace girar el cilindro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se requiere un cuerpo cil\u00edndrico con un medio de molienda adecuado, como barras de acero. El medio de molienda, bajo la acci\u00f3n de la fuerza centr\u00edfuga y la fricci\u00f3n, se eleva a una cierta altura y cae o se desliza en estado de cascada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El material molido se alimenta continuamente desde la boca de entrada al interior del cilindro, donde es triturado por el movimiento de los medios de molienda, y a trav\u00e9s del rebose y la acci\u00f3n continua, el producto mineralizado pasa al siguiente conjunto de procesos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n
