Caracter\u00edsticas del secador de lodos de carb\u00f3n<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Fuerte capacidad anti-sobrecarga, gran capacidad de procesamiento, bajo consumo de combustible y bajo costo de secado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Se adopta el m\u00e9todo de secado a contracorriente. Los gases de combusti\u00f3n y los materiales h\u00famedos ingresan al secador de lodos desde el mismo lado. Se pueden utilizar gases de combusti\u00f3n a alta temperatura para obtener una alta intensidad de evaporaci\u00f3n. La temperatura de salida del secador es baja y la eficiencia t\u00e9rmica es alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Se adoptan dispositivos de dispersi\u00f3n, alimentaci\u00f3n, descarga y despolvado cicl\u00f3nico, para evitar bloqueos en la alimentaci\u00f3n del equipo, discontinuidad, irregularidad y retorno de materiales, y reducir la carga del sistema de despolvado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. El secador adopta un \u201cdispositivo de rodillo de apoyo ajustable\u201d, de modo que el acoplamiento entre el rodillo de apoyo y el anillo de rodadura siempre est\u00e9 en contacto lineal, reduciendo as\u00ed considerablemente el desgaste y la p\u00e9rdida de potencia.<\/p>\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

En el proceso de producci\u00f3n del secado de lodos de carb\u00f3n, se utilizan principalmente operaciones a contracorriente, y sus principales caracter\u00edsticas son:<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. En el extremo caliente del secador, la diferencia de temperatura entre el material y el gas caliente es grande, el proceso de intercambio de calor es r\u00e1pido y se evapora f\u00e1cilmente una gran cantidad de agua. Por lo tanto, es adecuado para materiales con alta humedad inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Debido a que la humedad superficial es f\u00e1cil de evaporar, el material viscoso que ingresa al secador reduce su adhesividad, lo que favorece el movimiento del material. Cuando se utiliza para secar carb\u00f3n h\u00famedo, evita el contacto directo del carb\u00f3n seco con gases a alta temperatura que podr\u00edan causar un incendio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. La baja presi\u00f3n negativa en el extremo caliente de la operaci\u00f3n a contracorriente puede reducir la entrada de aire al secado y ayudar a estabilizar la temperatura y el caudal del aire caliente dentro del secador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
