El secador de bentonita es un proceso de secado a alta temperatura, que seca la bentonita con bajo contenido de humedad, secado y humedad uniformes, capacidad de producci\u00f3n estable, durabilidad y adaptabilidad. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El secador de bentonita puede utilizar carb\u00f3n, petr\u00f3leo, gas y otros combustibles para calentar. Principio de funcionamiento del secador de bentonita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El sistema de secado de bentonita est\u00e1 compuesto principalmente por un horno de aire caliente, transportador de alimentaci\u00f3n, tambor rotativo, transportador de descarga, ventilador de tiro inducido, colector de polvo cicl\u00f3nico, colector de polvo de mangas (o colector de polvo h\u00famedo) y sistema de control de operaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El equipo adopta un proceso de secado a contracorriente, y su principio de funcionamiento es el siguiente: Despu\u00e9s de que la bentonita ingresa al tambor de secado, se divide en las siguientes \u00e1reas de trabajo: una es el \u00e1rea de gu\u00eda, donde la bentonita ingresa a esta \u00e1rea y evapora r\u00e1pidamente el agua al entrar en contacto con el aire caliente a alta temperatura, y la bentonita gu\u00eda el material en un \u00e1ngulo grande. Cuando la placa se mueve, es conducida a la siguiente \u00e1rea de trabajo; la segunda es el \u00e1rea de elevaci\u00f3n de placas, donde la bentonita es recogida por las placas para formar una cortina de material. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este momento, la bentonita est\u00e1 en contacto completo con el aire caliente, y el agua en la bentonita se evapora r\u00e1pidamente y se desprende en forma de vapor de agua. Luego, el vapor de agua es extra\u00eddo por el ventilador de tiro inducido, logrando as\u00ed el prop\u00f3sito de secar la bentonita; la bentonita se seca hasta un estado suelto con humedad inferior al 5% (o menor) en esta \u00e1rea, y la bentonita alcanza el estado de humedad requerido despu\u00e9s del intercambio de calor.
