Ventajas del secador de lodos <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. La secadora de lodos tiene una gran capacidad contra la sobrecarga, capacidad para manejar grandes vol\u00famenes de procesamiento, bajo consumo de combustible y coste de secado reducido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Al emplear el m\u00e9todo de secado en corriente paralela, los gases de combusti\u00f3n y el material h\u00famedo entran al secador por el mismo lado; utiliza gases de combusti\u00f3n a alta temperatura para obtener una alta intensidad de evaporaci\u00f3n, la temperatura a la salida del secador es baja y la eficiencia t\u00e9rmica es alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Los par\u00e1metros de operaci\u00f3n pueden modificarse seg\u00fan las propiedades de los diferentes materiales, permitiendo que el material forme una cortina estable de tejido de corte completo dentro del cilindro del secador, logrando un intercambio de calor de calidad m\u00e1s completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hay un eje dispersor de alta velocidad dentro del secador para dispersar el lodo viscoso, resolviendo el problema de la viscosidad del lodo y mejorando tambi\u00e9n la eficiencia del intercambio de calor. Se establecen \u00e1reas de trabajo de proceso de secado una, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco y seis dentro del secador, y la humedad final del material es inferior al 25%. Todo el proceso de secado se completa, y el material se descarga del secador y pasa a la siguiente etapa del proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n
