El secador de polvo mineral est\u00e1 compuesto principalmente por una fuente de calor, un dispositivo de alimentaci\u00f3n, un transportador de carga, un tambor giratorio, un transportador de descarga, un ventilador de tiro inducido, un colector de polvo y un cuadro de distribuci\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El principio de funcionamiento de este conjunto de equipos es el siguiente: Despu\u00e9s de que el polvo mineral h\u00famedo ingresa al tambor de secado, se divide en las siguientes \u00e1reas de trabajo: la primera es el \u00e1rea de guiado. El polvo mineral h\u00famedo ingresa a esta \u00e1rea y evapora r\u00e1pidamente el agua al entrar en contacto con el aire caliente a alta temperatura. Las placas de guiado mueven el material mineral con un gran \u00e1ngulo de avance. Si no se forma una masa cohesiva, el material es conducido a la siguiente \u00e1rea de trabajo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La segunda es el \u00e1rea de elevaci\u00f3n y limpieza, donde el material h\u00famedo es elevado por las placas para formar una cortina de material. Al caer, el polvo mineral puede adherirse f\u00e1cilmente a la pared del tambor. En esta \u00e1rea, dado que el equipo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado con un dispositivo de limpieza, este limpia de manera muy eficaz el polvo mineral adherido a la pared interna. Durante este proceso, el dispositivo de limpieza tambi\u00e9n deshace los grumos del polvo mineral, aumentando as\u00ed el intercambio de calor. Esta \u00e1rea incrementa la tasa de secado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tercera es el \u00e1rea de placas de elevaci\u00f3n inclinadas, donde el polvo mineral h\u00famedo ya se encuentra en un estado de baja humedad y suelto. No hay fen\u00f3meno de adhesi\u00f3n en esta \u00e1rea.
