El proceso de secado de polvo de carb\u00f3n se divide principalmente en las siguientes \u00e1reas de trabajo: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La primera es el \u00e1rea de gu\u00eda, donde el carb\u00f3n pulverizado h\u00famedo ingresa a esta zona y evapora r\u00e1pidamente el agua al entrar en contacto con el aire caliente a alta temperatura. El material no formar\u00e1 grumos adhesivos cuando sea desplazado por el gran \u00e1ngulo de gu\u00eda, siendo dirigido hacia la siguiente \u00e1rea de trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La segunda es el \u00e1rea de dispersi\u00f3n, donde el carb\u00f3n pulverizado es dispersado por el dispositivo de dispersi\u00f3n, incrementando as\u00ed el \u00e1rea de intercambio de calor entre las lamas de carb\u00f3n y el aire caliente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La tercera es el \u00e1rea de placas inclinadas de elevaci\u00f3n, donde el carb\u00f3n pulverizado h\u00famedo triturado es elevado por las placas en esta zona para formar una cortina de material. En este momento, el material entra en contacto completo con el aire caliente, y la humedad del carb\u00f3n pulverizado h\u00famedo se evapora r\u00e1pidamente en vapor de agua, el cual es extra\u00eddo por el ventilador de tiro inducido logrando el prop\u00f3sito del secado; cuando el material desciende, puede adherirse f\u00e1cilmente a la pared del tambor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El equipo est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado con un dispositivo de limpieza en esta \u00e1rea. Dicho dispositivo puede remover de manera muy eficiente el material adherido a la pared interna; el carb\u00f3n pulverizado h\u00famedo se seca hasta un estado suelto de baja humedad en esta zona, y tras el intercambio, el material alcanza el estado de humedad requerido y pasa al \u00e1rea de descarga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La cuarta es el \u00e1rea de descarga, donde el tambor no cuenta con placas de elevaci\u00f3n en esta zona, y el material rueda y se desliza hacia la boca de descarga completando todo el proceso de secado.<\/p>\n\n\n
