La m\u00e1quina de colada se utiliza principalmente para agitar la suspensi\u00f3n de pasta de lechada, cemento, cal viva, yeso y polvo de aluminio inyectada en el tanque seg\u00fan una proporci\u00f3n determinada, de modo que se mezclen uniformemente, reaccionen completamente y la lechada mezclada se inyecte oportunamente en el marco del molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del mezclador de colada<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Alimentar la lechada de cenizas volantes o la lechada mezclada mediante la bomba de lechada hacia la caja de mezcla, y arrancar el motor de agitaci\u00f3n; las paletas comienzan a girar a alta velocidad. Dado que las paletas est\u00e1n inclinadas en un cierto \u00e1ngulo, al girar presionan la lechada y otros materiales en polvo seco hacia el fondo de la caja, haci\u00e9ndolos subir desde la pared circunferencial de la caja. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para evitar que la lechada gire sobre la pared de la caja, se instalan 4 placas amortiguadoras en la pared interior de la caja para evitar que la lechada fluya en c\u00edrculo, y se fuerza a la lechada y a otros materiales en polvo seco a rodar hacia arriba y hacia abajo. El flujo circulante logra el prop\u00f3sito de una mezcla uniforme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cuando la lechada en la caja de materiales est\u00e1 uniformemente mezclada, se arranca el motor de desplazamiento, y el reductor cicloidal planetario impulsa la cadena para hacer girar el eje motriz, de modo que la m\u00e1quina de colada se desplaza hacia el marco del molde ensamblado, se abre la v\u00e1lvula de mariposa para comenzar la colada, y una vez completada la colada, el carro plano regresa a la posici\u00f3n fija original, complet\u00e1ndose as\u00ed un ciclo de colada.<\/p>\n\n\n
