El Secador de Placas de Cadena, tambi\u00e9n llamado Secador de Placas, es redise\u00f1ado por SINOLION MACHINERY, fabricante profesional de m\u00e1quinas y secadores para briquetas, bas\u00e1ndose en el secador tradicional de cinta de malla y el secador transportador. Los secadores de placas de cadena son ampliamente bien recibidos por las plantas de briquetas tras su exitoso dise\u00f1o. Reemplazamos la cinta de malla tradicional con una placa de acero de nuevo dise\u00f1o, que es accionada por el motor a trav\u00e9s de la cadena conectada a la placa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del secador de placas de cadena<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Las briquetas finales, provenientes de la prensa de briquetas con un contenido de humedad de alrededor del 25%-40%, se alimentan uniformemente en el secador de placas de cadena desde la parte superior de alimentaci\u00f3n montada en la parte superior del secador. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las briquetas seguir\u00e1n el movimiento de la placa de cadena hasta el final de la primera capa; siguiendo el giro de la placa de cadena, las briquetas caer\u00e1n al centro de la primera capa, movi\u00e9ndose con la placa de cadena hasta el inicio de la primera capa y luego caer\u00e1n a la parte superior de la segunda capa siguiendo el giro de la placa de cadena. Las briquetas se mover\u00e1n de la misma manera hasta el final del secador y se descargar\u00e1n por el puerto de descarga.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el movimiento con la placa de cadena, el aire caliente bombeado desde el horno ser\u00e1 impulsado al interior del secador por ambos lados del mismo mediante el fuerte ventilador centr\u00edfugo hacia la parte inferior del secador; el aire caliente atravesar\u00e1 las briquetas en movimiento y extraer\u00e1 la humedad hasta que el contenido de humedad de las briquetas alcance el nivel requerido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Normalmente, la \u00faltima capa se montar\u00e1 sobre la placa de cadena sin orificios para recoger el polvo generado durante el proceso y transportarlo hacia fuera.<\/p>\n\n\n
