El horno rotatorio para cal es un nuevo tipo de horno rotatorio dedicado a la cal viva, desarrollado en base a las caracter\u00edsticas de calcinaci\u00f3n de la piedra caliza. Este tipo de horno rotatorio presenta las caracter\u00edsticas de alta utilizaci\u00f3n de materia prima, calcinaci\u00f3n completa, calidad uniforme y buena, gran capacidad de producci\u00f3n, alta tasa de operaci\u00f3n, ahorro de energ\u00eda y protecci\u00f3n ambiental, operaci\u00f3n sencilla y larga vida \u00fatil de toda la m\u00e1quina.<\/p>\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del horno rotatorio para piedra caliza<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La piedra caliza se alimenta al horno a trav\u00e9s de la canaleta del extremo posterior (extremo alto) del horno. Debido a la inclinaci\u00f3n y la rotaci\u00f3n lenta del cilindro, la piedra caliza rueda a lo largo de la circunferencia mientras se mueve en direcci\u00f3n axial desde el extremo posterior (alto) hacia el extremo frontal (bajo); el combustible fluye desde el extremo frontal (bajo) del horno y se inyecta en el interior a trav\u00e9s de un quemador para su combusti\u00f3n, y el calor se transfiere a la piedra caliza por radiaci\u00f3n, convecci\u00f3n y conducci\u00f3n. La piedra caliza se calcina convirti\u00e9ndose en cal viva durante el proceso de movimiento y luego se descarga por el extremo frontal del horno. Los gases ingresan al sistema de desempolvado en el extremo posterior del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n
