Principio de funcionamiento del horno rotatorio para arena de ceramsita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La bauxita con un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de 300-500mm se tritura y se env\u00eda al secador de horno fluidizado para secado, luego pasa por la estaci\u00f3n de dosificaci\u00f3n con polvo de manganeso y aditivos, y entra al sistema de molienda con separador de v\u00f3rtice para preparar part\u00edculas finas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para el polvo crudo con un grado de 400 mallas o m\u00e1s, se utiliza un nuevo tipo de granulador para convertir el polvo crudo en gr\u00e1nulos con un tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula calificado despu\u00e9s de agregar agua. Los gr\u00e1nulos entran al secador en la cola del horno, utilizan el calor residual de los gases de escape de la cola del horno para reducir la humedad de los gr\u00e1nulos, y luego entran al horno rotatorio para calcinaci\u00f3n despu\u00e9s del cribado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La arena de ceramsita calcinada se enfr\u00eda con un enfriador simple y luego se criba a trav\u00e9s de un tamiz cil\u00edndrico. Los tama\u00f1os calificados y diferentes se envasan por separado y luego se despachan. Los gr\u00e1nulos no calificados se devuelven al sistema de molienda.<\/p>\n\n\n
