El enfriador es uno de los equipos principales en el sistema de producci\u00f3n del horno rotatorio.
\u00a0
\u00a0Su funci\u00f3n es enfriar el cl\u00ednker de 1000~1300\u00b0C procedente del horno rotatorio hasta 200\u00b0C o menos, mediante el intercambio de calor entre el material en movimiento y el flujo de aire dentro del tambor giratorio.

La calidad y la molienda del material mejoran tras el enfriamiento. El aire proveniente del enfriamiento del cl\u00ednker se inyecta en el horno como aire secundario de circulaci\u00f3n, aumentando la eficiencia t\u00e9rmica del horno.<\/p>\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del enfriador rotatorio<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

En condiciones naturales, la inclinaci\u00f3n del cilindro del enfriador es de 3,5\u202f% a 5\u202f%, manteniendo una rotaci\u00f3n a baja velocidad. El material se alimenta desde el extremo del cilindro (lado alto), y una placa elevadora circular mantiene el material disperso, elev\u00e1ndolo y haci\u00e9ndolo descender. El material enfriado se descarga desde el extremo bajo, y el aire precalentado se env\u00eda al horno rotatorio para la calcinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n
