Principio de funcionamiento de la lavadora de piedras<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El \u00e1rido que contiene lodo y polvo de piedra se alimenta por la boca de entrada y entra en el tambor giratorio. El revestimiento de goma resistente al desgaste, instalado con un cierto \u00e1ngulo en el tambor de limpieza, eleva y deja caer continuamente el material, movi\u00e9ndolo desde el extremo de alimentaci\u00f3n hasta el de descarga. Durante el proceso, circula m\u00faltiples veces y se enjuaga y lava con agua de lavado en flujo directo o inverso. El \u00e1rido limpio se criba y deshidrata mediante el tamiz cil\u00edndrico del extremo de descarga y luego se descarga. Las aguas residuales que contienen lodo fluyen hacia fuera a trav\u00e9s del deflector perforado en el extremo de descarga o de alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n
