El clasificador se utiliza ampliamente en plantas de beneficio de minerales y molinos de bolas para formar un proceso de circuito cerrado para separar arena mineral, o se utiliza en concentradores gravim\u00e9tricos para clasificar mineral y lodo fino, en procesos de beneficio de minerales met\u00e1licos para la clasificaci\u00f3n por tama\u00f1o de part\u00edcula de la pulpa mineral, y en operaciones de lavado de mineral para deslamado, deshidrataci\u00f3n y otras operaciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El clasificador se basa en el principio de que las part\u00edculas s\u00f3lidas, al tener diferente tama\u00f1o y gravedad espec\u00edfica, poseen distinta velocidad de sedimentaci\u00f3n en el l\u00edquido. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las part\u00edculas finas de mineral flotan en el agua y se desbordan, y las part\u00edculas gruesas de mineral se hunden hasta el fondo del tanque. Son descargadas por un tornillo hacia la parte superior para la clasificaci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica. Puede filtrar el material del molino de bolas, y luego transportar el material grueso a la entrada de alimentaci\u00f3n del molino utilizando la paleta espiral. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El material fino filtrado se descarga a trav\u00e9s del tubo de desbordamiento. La base de la m\u00e1quina est\u00e1 hecha de acero canal y el cuerpo est\u00e1 soldado con placas de acero.
