Un separador magn\u00e9tico en seco puede separar materiales con una granulometr\u00eda inferior a 3 mm, como magnetita, pirita magn\u00e9tica, mineral tostado, mineral de hierro titan\u00edfero, hematita, limonita, siderita, wolframita, mineral de t\u00e1ntalo-niobio, lodo rojo, cuarzo, fluorita y feldespato, wolframio e ilmenita, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, tambi\u00e9n se ha aplicado en la purificaci\u00f3n de cuarzo, feldespato, plantas de mineral de hierro, otros procesamientos de materiales magn\u00e9ticos, carb\u00f3n, mineral no met\u00e1lico, nefelina de la industria de la construcci\u00f3n, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del separador magn\u00e9tico en seco<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El material de alimentaci\u00f3n ingresa a la tolva de alimentaci\u00f3n, el conjunto magn\u00e9tico atrae las part\u00edculas magn\u00e9ticas hacia la superficie del tambor. El material no magn\u00e9tico cae del tambor a la canaleta de descarga no magn\u00e9tica, y el material magn\u00e9tico permanece en el tambor hasta que llega a la canaleta de descarga magn\u00e9tica. Se realizan dos separaciones: magn\u00e9tica y no magn\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n\n\n
