Un canal espiral es el mejor equipo de concentraci\u00f3n, especialmente para concentrar mineral de arena en la costa y riberas. Est\u00e1 fabricado en fibra de vidrio revestida con poliuretano resistente al desgaste y cubierta de corind\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento del canal espiral<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Eleve el canal espiral y f\u00edjelo en la posici\u00f3n adecuada, la bomba de arena transporta el mineral a la entrada de alimentaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adiendo agua para ajustar la concentraci\u00f3n de la pulpa. La pulpa gira naturalmente de alta a baja y genera una fuerza centr\u00edfuga inercial en el flujo rotatorio inclinado. El mineral se separa de la arena por la gravedad y la fuerza centr\u00edfuga del remolino, seg\u00fan la diferencia en gravedad espec\u00edfica, tama\u00f1o de grano y forma del mineral. El concentrado fluye al cubo de concentrado y se conecta mediante tuber\u00eda. La arena de cola fluye al cubo de arenas de relave y se conecta al dep\u00f3sito de arena mediante tuber\u00eda, para luego ser drenada por la bomba de arena, completando as\u00ed todo el proceso de beneficio.<\/p>\n\n\n
