La mesa vibratoria es uno de los principales equipos de concentraci\u00f3n por gravedad. Se aplica ampliamente no solo para separar tungsteno, esta\u00f1o, tantalio-niobio y otros metales raros, sino tambi\u00e9n para minerales de metales preciosos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tambi\u00e9n se utiliza ampliamente en la separaci\u00f3n de oro, plata, esta\u00f1o, columbio, tantalio, titanio, bario, tungsteno, hierro, cromo, manganeso, circonio, plomo, zinc, mercurio, cobre, aluminio, etc. El alcance efectivo de granulometr\u00eda recuperable de la mesa vibratoria es de 2 a 0,22 mil\u00edmetros.<\/p>\n\n\n

Principio de funcionamiento de la mesa vibratoria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El principio de funcionamiento de la mesa vibratoria consiste en utilizar la acci\u00f3n combinada de la diferencia de gravedad espec\u00edfica de los minerales clasificados, el movimiento alternativo de la superficie de la mesa, y el flujo de agua oblicuo transversal y las canaletas (o ranuras), para permitir la estratificaci\u00f3n suelta de los minerales en la superficie de la mesa y la zonificaci\u00f3n en forma de abanico.
