Principio de funcionamiento del alimentador vibratorio electromagn\u00e9tico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

El alimentador vibratorio electromagn\u00e9tico utiliza el principio de resonancia de vibraci\u00f3n mec\u00e1nica, y la doble masa funciona en un estado de resonancia cercana al cr\u00edtico bajo. El material en la canaleta de alimentaci\u00f3n es lanzado continuamente hacia arriba durante el proceso de alimentaci\u00f3n y avanza saltando seg\u00fan una trayectoria parab\u00f3lica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

El equipo de control de esta serie de alimentadores vibratorios electromagn\u00e9ticos adopta un circuito rectificador SCR de media onda, por lo que la cantidad de alimentaci\u00f3n se puede ajustar f\u00e1cilmente regulando el \u00e1ngulo de apertura del SCR durante su uso, permitiendo el control centralizado y la automatizaci\u00f3n del proceso de producci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n
