Le principe de fonctionnement du broyeur \u00e0 boulets \u00e0 grille consiste principalement \u00e0 le faire tourner lentement via un dispositif d'entra\u00eenement, tandis que la mati\u00e8re est introduite par l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d'alimentation du cylindre. Le mat\u00e9riau est broy\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du cylindre sous l'effet de l'impact et de l'autobroyage des boulets d'acier et du minerai lui-m\u00eame. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En raison de l'alimentation continue des mat\u00e9riaux, la pression provoque le d\u00e9placement des mati\u00e8res dans le cylindre de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d'alimentation vers l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge. Les mat\u00e9riaux atteignant la granulom\u00e9trie requise sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s par l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de d\u00e9charge du cylindre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lors du broyage humide, le mat\u00e9riau est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par le flux d'eau ; lors du broyage \u00e0 sec, il est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par le flux d'air. Le broyeur \u00e0 boulets est \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une grille de d\u00e9charge \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 d'\u00e9vacuation. Le broyeur \u00e0 boulets \u00e9vacue le minerai de mani\u00e8re forc\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plaque de grille.
