Le broyeur \u00e0 charbon \u00e0 air balay\u00e9 est un \u00e9quipement de traitement du charbon id\u00e9al capable \u00e0 la fois de broyer et de s\u00e9cher. Il pr\u00e9sente les caract\u00e9ristiques d'\u00e9conomie d'\u00e9nergie et de protection de l'environnement. La finesse du charbon broy\u00e9 est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 85% et passe \u00e0 travers un tamis de 200 mailles, et la teneur en humidit\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 2%. L'\u00e9quipement d'alimentation introduit le charbon brut dans la goulotte du dispositif d'alimentation. Pendant que la mati\u00e8re glisse vers le bas, l'air chaud \u00e0 une temp\u00e9rature d'environ 300\u00b0C entre \u00e9galement dans le broyeur par la conduite d'admission d'air pour s\u00e9cher le charbon brut ; le charbon brut p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans le cylindre via la vis d'alimentation. Dans le corps du broyeur, il y a un certain nombre de corps broyants dans la chambre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

En raison de la rotation du cylindre, la plaque de rev\u00eatement \u00e9l\u00e8ve les corps broyants \u00e0 une certaine hauteur, puis utilise l'\u00e9nergie d'impact et l'\u00e9nergie de friction lors de la chute pour concasser et broyer le charbon brut. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
