Principe de fonctionnement du broyeur \u00e0 pan humide<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Cet \u00e9quipement adopte le mode de fonctionnement de broyage entra\u00een\u00e9 par roue : d'abord, le moteur transmet la puissance au r\u00e9ducteur, et sous l'entra\u00eenement du r\u00e9ducteur, le couple est transf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l'arbre horizontal sup\u00e9rieur via le grand arbre vertical, puis le couple est transmis au rouleau par la bielle install\u00e9e aux deux extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s de l'arbre horizontal, ce qui permet au rouleau de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une force motrice et de tourner dans le sens inverse des aiguilles d'une montre autour de l'axe horizontal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le rouleau peut tourner autour du grand axe vertical du moulin humide et autour de son propre axe central. Le mat\u00e9riau min\u00e9ral ajout\u00e9 est compl\u00e8tement broy\u00e9 apr\u00e8s une extrusion, un malaxage et un meulage r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9s, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la pression d'\u00e9crasement g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par le poids du rouleau lui-m\u00eame et au frottement important produit lors de sa r\u00e9volution et de sa rotation.<\/p>\n\n\n
