Le s\u00e9cheur \u00e0 bentonite est un processus de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, s\u00e9chant la bentonite avec une faible teneur en humidit\u00e9, un s\u00e9chage uniforme et une humidit\u00e9 homog\u00e8ne, une capacit\u00e9 de production stable, une durabilit\u00e9 et une adaptabilit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le s\u00e9cheur \u00e0 bentonite peut utiliser du charbon, du p\u00e9trole, du gaz et d'autres combustibles pour le chauffage. Principe de fonctionnement du s\u00e9cheur \u00e0 bentonite<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9chage de la bentonite est principalement compos\u00e9 d'un four \u00e0 air chaud, d'un convoyeur d'alimentation, d'un tambour rotatif, d'un convoyeur de d\u00e9chargement, d'un ventilateur d'extraction, d'un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur cyclone, d'un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur \u00e0 manches (ou d'un d\u00e9poussi\u00e9reur humide) et d'un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le op\u00e9rationnel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'\u00e9quipement adopte un processus de s\u00e9chage \u00e0 co-courant, et son principe de fonctionnement est le suivant : Apr\u00e8s que la bentonite entre dans le tambour de s\u00e9chage, elle est divis\u00e9e en zones de travail suivantes : la premi\u00e8re est la zone de guidage, o\u00f9 la bentonite entre dans cette zone et \u00e9vapore rapidement l'eau au contact de l'air chaud \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature, et la bentonite est d\u00e9plac\u00e9e par les plaques de guidage \u00e0 grand angle vers la zone de travail suivante ; la deuxi\u00e8me est la zone de levage par plaques, o\u00f9 la bentonite est soulev\u00e9e par les plaques pour former un rideau de mati\u00e8re. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 ce moment, la bentonite est en contact complet avec l'air chaud, et l'eau contenue dans la bentonite s'\u00e9vapore rapidement et se transforme en vapeur d'eau, qui est ensuite \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par le ventilateur d'extraction, afin d'atteindre l'objectif de s\u00e9chage de la bentonite ; la bentonite est s\u00e9ch\u00e9e dans cette zone jusqu'\u00e0 un \u00e9tat meuble avec une humidit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 5 % (ou moins), et apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9change thermique, la bentonite atteint l'\u00e9tat d'humidit\u00e9 requis et entre dans la zone de d\u00e9chargement \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re ; la troisi\u00e8me est la zone de d\u00e9chargement, le tambour n'est pas \u00e9quip\u00e9 de plaques de levage dans cette zone, et la bentonite roule vers l'orifice de d\u00e9chargement dans cette zone pour terminer l'ensemble du processus de s\u00e9chage.<\/p>\n\n\n
