Principe de fonctionnement du s\u00e9cheur \u00e0 charbon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le processus de s\u00e9chage de la poudre de charbon est principalement divis\u00e9 en zones de travail suivantes : <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La premi\u00e8re est la zone de guidage, o\u00f9 le charbon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 humide entre dans cette zone et \u00e9vapore rapidement l'eau au contact de l'air chaud \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature. Le mat\u00e9riau ne formera pas d'agglom\u00e9rats collants lorsqu'il est d\u00e9plac\u00e9 par le grand angle de guidage. Il est dirig\u00e9 vers la zone de travail suivante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La seconde est la zone de dispersion, o\u00f9 le charbon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 est dispers\u00e9 par le dispositif de dispersion, augmentant ainsi la surface d'\u00e9change thermique entre la boue de charbon et l'air chaud. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La troisi\u00e8me est la zone des plaques inclin\u00e9es de levage, o\u00f9 le charbon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 humide broy\u00e9 est soulev\u00e9 par les plaques de levage dans cette zone pour former un rideau de mat\u00e9riau. \u00c0 ce moment, le mat\u00e9riau est en contact complet avec l'air chaud, et l'humidit\u00e9 contenue dans le charbon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 humide s'\u00e9vapore rapidement en vapeur d'eau, laquelle est ensuite \u00e9vacu\u00e9e par le ventilateur d'extraction pour atteindre l'objectif de s\u00e9chage ; lorsque le mat\u00e9riau retombe, il peut facilement adh\u00e9rer aux parois du tambour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'\u00e9quipement est con\u00e7u avec un dispositif de nettoyage dans cette zone. Le dispositif de nettoyage peut \u00e9liminer de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s raisonnable le mat\u00e9riau adh\u00e9rant \u00e0 la paroi int\u00e9rieure ; le charbon pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 humide est s\u00e9ch\u00e9 dans cette zone jusqu'\u00e0 un \u00e9tat meuble \u00e0 faible teneur en humidit\u00e9, et apr\u00e8s l'\u00e9change, le mat\u00e9riau atteint l'\u00e9tat d'humidit\u00e9 requis et entre dans la zone de d\u00e9chargement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La quatri\u00e8me est la zone de d\u00e9chargement, le tambour n'est pas \u00e9quip\u00e9 de plaques de copiage dans cette zone, et le mat\u00e9riau roule et glisse vers la sortie dans cette zone pour terminer l'ensemble du processus de s\u00e9chage.<\/p>\n\n\n
