Cet \u00e9quipement est modifi\u00e9 \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du s\u00e9choir \u00e0 monocylindre pour augmenter le pr\u00e9-s\u00e9chage du mat\u00e9riau humide avant son entr\u00e9e dans la machine et prolonger le temps de s\u00e9chage du mat\u00e9riau humide dans la machine. Le s\u00e9choir \u00e0 trois cylindres consiste \u00e0 remplacer le corps monocylindre du s\u00e9choir \u00e0 monocylindre par trois cylindres superpos\u00e9s afin de r\u00e9duire la taille globale du corps du s\u00e9choir. Lorsque la machine fonctionne, le mat\u00e9riau et le flux d'air chaud entrent successivement du cylindre int\u00e9rieur au cylindre ext\u00e9rieur. Apr\u00e8s un \u00e9coulement r\u00e9ciproque en forme de Z dans le corps de la machine, l'\u00e9nergie thermique est utilis\u00e9e pour s\u00e9cher le mat\u00e9riau avant son \u00e9vacuation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La partie cylindre du s\u00e9choir est compos\u00e9e de trois cylindres int\u00e9rieur, interm\u00e9diaire et ext\u00e9rieur plac\u00e9s horizontalement et coaxialement, permettant une utilisation compl\u00e8te de la section du cylindre. La longueur totale de la forme cylindrique repr\u00e9sente environ 30 \u00e0 35 % du cylindre unique \u00e9quivalent.
