Le b\u00e9ton cellulaire autoclav\u00e9 (AAC) peut \u00eatre produit selon diff\u00e9rentes techniques en fonction de la classification des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, des caract\u00e9ristiques techniques de la qualit\u00e9 et des \u00e9quipements. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, des cendres volantes ou du sable sont broy\u00e9s avec de l'eau pour former une boue, puis m\u00e9lang\u00e9s \u00e0 de la chaux en poudre, du ciment, un agent d'expansion et un stabilisateur de mousse. Le m\u00e9lange est coul\u00e9 dans un autoclave o\u00f9 il est cuit \u00e0 la vapeur sous haute pression et \u00e0 haute temp\u00e9rature pour obtenir un AAC poreux et l\u00e9ger.<\/p>\n\n\n
