Principe de fonctionnement du malaxeur de coulage<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le coulis de cendres volantes ou le coulis mixte est introduit par la pompe \u00e0 coulis dans la cuve de m\u00e9lange. Lorsque le moteur de malaxage est d\u00e9marr\u00e9, les pales commencent \u00e0 tourner \u00e0 grande vitesse. \u00c9tant inclin\u00e9es selon un certain angle, les pales pressent le coulis et les autres mat\u00e9riaux secs en poudre vers le fond de la cuve lors de la rotation, puis les remontent le long de la paroi circulaire de la cuve. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pour emp\u00eacher le coulis de tourner en cercle sur la paroi de la cuve, 4 plaques d'amortissement sont install\u00e9es sur la paroi int\u00e9rieure de la cuve. Cela emp\u00eache l'\u00e9coulement circulaire du coulis et force le coulis ainsi que les autres mat\u00e9riaux secs en poudre \u00e0 rouler de haut en bas, cr\u00e9ant un flux de circulation pour atteindre l'objectif d'un m\u00e9lange uniforme. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorsque le coulis dans la cuve est uniform\u00e9ment m\u00e9lang\u00e9, le moteur de d\u00e9placement est d\u00e9marr\u00e9. Le r\u00e9ducteur plan\u00e9taire cyclo\u00efdal entra\u00eene la cha\u00eene qui fait tourner l'essieu moteur, permettant ainsi \u00e0 la machine de coulage de se d\u00e9placer vers le cadre de moule assembl\u00e9. La vanne papillon est ouverte pour commencer le coulage. Une fois le coulage termin\u00e9, le chariot revient \u00e0 sa position fixe d'origine, et un cycle de coulage est achev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n
