Le moteur principal est transmis au r\u00e9ducteur via la courroie trap\u00e9zo\u00efdale, le r\u00e9ducteur est transmis \u00e0 l'arbre d'entra\u00eenement par l'accouplement, puis une paire d'engrenages ouverts assure la synchronisation des deux arbres \u00e0 rouleaux (rotation inverse \u00e0 vitesse constante), dans laquelle le piston du v\u00e9rin hydraulique du rouleau entra\u00een\u00e9 est support\u00e9 (le type \u00e0 pression constante est support\u00e9 par la cale inclin\u00e9e), la pression du syst\u00e8me est garantie par le circuit hydraulique, la valve de contr\u00f4le hydraulique et l'accumulateur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le mat\u00e9riau entre dans la tr\u00e9mie de la machine de moulage depuis le silo de stockage via l'\u00e9quipement de dosage et est ajust\u00e9 par la vanne de r\u00e9glage sur la tr\u00e9mie. Cela permet au mat\u00e9riau d'entrer uniform\u00e9ment au milieu de la paire de rouleaux, la pression de moulage unitaire du mat\u00e9riau comprim\u00e9 par les rouleaux tournant \u00e0 vitesse constante et en sens inverse varie de faible \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et la pression de moulage atteint son pic au centre de la paire de rouleaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s que le mat\u00e9riau passe la ligne, la pression de moulage diminue rapidement. Cette baisse permet au mat\u00e9riau d'entrer en \u00e9tat de d\u00e9moulage, et la boule se d\u00e9tache sans probl\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n
