Les s\u00e9cheurs \u00e0 plaques \u00e0 cha\u00eene sont largement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s par les usines de briquettes apr\u00e8s leur conception r\u00e9ussie. Principe de fonctionnement du s\u00e9cheur \u00e0 plaques \u00e0 cha\u00eene<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Les briquettes finales, issues de la presse \u00e0 briquettes avec une teneur en humidit\u00e9 d'environ 25\u202f% \u00e0 40\u202f%, sont introduites uniform\u00e9ment dans le s\u00e9cheur \u00e0 plaques \u00e0 cha\u00eene par l'orifice d'alimentation situ\u00e9 au sommet du s\u00e9cheur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les briquettes suivent le mouvement de la plaque \u00e0 cha\u00eene jusqu'\u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 de la premi\u00e8re couche. En suivant le retournement de la plaque \u00e0 cha\u00eene, les briquettes tombent au centre de la premi\u00e8re couche, se d\u00e9placent avec la plaque \u00e0 cha\u00eene jusqu'au d\u00e9but de la premi\u00e8re couche, puis tombent sur le dessus de la deuxi\u00e8me couche lors du retournement de la plaque \u00e0 cha\u00eene. Les briquettes se d\u00e9placent de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du s\u00e9cheur et sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9es par l'orifice de d\u00e9charge.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant le d\u00e9placement avec la plaque \u00e0 cha\u00eene, l'air chaud puls\u00e9 depuis le four est insuffl\u00e9 dans le s\u00e9cheur par les deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s du s\u00e9cheur gr\u00e2ce au ventilateur centrifuge puissant vers le bas du s\u00e9cheur ; l'air chaud traverse les briquettes en mouvement et \u00e9vacue l'humidit\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 ce que la teneur en humidit\u00e9 des briquettes atteigne le niveau requis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, la derni\u00e8re couche est \u00e9quip\u00e9e sur la plaque \u00e0 cha\u00eene sans trou pour collecter les poussi\u00e8res g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es pendant le processus et les \u00e9vacuer.<\/p>\n\n\n
