Principe de fonctionnement du four rotatif \u00e0 calcaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le calcaire est introduit dans le four par la goulotte de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arri\u00e8re (extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 haute). En raison de l'inclinaison et de la rotation lente du cylindre, le calcaire roule le long de la circonf\u00e9rence tout en se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant dans le sens axial de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arri\u00e8re (haute) vers l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant (basse) ; le combustible s'\u00e9coule de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant (basse) et est pulv\u00e9ris\u00e9 dans le four via un br\u00fbleur pour la combustion, et la chaleur est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au calcaire par rayonnement, convection et conduction. Le calcaire est calcin\u00e9 en chaux vive pendant son d\u00e9placement, puis d\u00e9charg\u00e9 de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant. Les gaz entrent dans le syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9poussi\u00e9rage \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arri\u00e8re du four.<\/p>\n\n\n
