La magn\u00e9site est introduite dans le four par la goulotte de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arri\u00e8re (partie haute) du four. En raison de l'inclinaison et de la rotation lente du cylindre, la magn\u00e9site roule le long de la circonf\u00e9rence tout en se d\u00e9pla\u00e7ant axialement de l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 arri\u00e8re (partie haute) vers l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant (partie basse). Le mouvement : le combustible est inject\u00e9 dans le four par le br\u00fbleur depuis l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 avant pour la combustion, et la chaleur est transf\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 la magn\u00e9site de diverses mani\u00e8res, telles que le rayonnement, la convection, la conduction, etc. La magn\u00e9site est pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9e, d\u00e9compos\u00e9e et cuite dans le four.
