Le refroidisseur est l'un des principaux \u00e9quipements du syst\u00e8me de production de four rotatif.
\u00a0
\u00a0Son r\u00f4le est de refroidir le clinker \u00e0 1000~1300\u00b0C provenant du four rotatif jusqu'\u00e0 200\u00b0C et moins, par \u00e9change thermique entre les mat\u00e9riaux en mouvement et le flux d'air \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du cylindre rotatif.

La qualit\u00e9 et la broyabilit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s refroidissement sont am\u00e9lior\u00e9es. L'air issu du refroidissement du clinker est inject\u00e9 dans le four en tant qu'air circulant secondaire, augmentant ainsi le rendement thermique du four.<\/p>\n\n\n

En situation naturelle, l'inclinaison du cylindre du refroidisseur est de 3,5\u202f% \u00e0 5\u202f%, avec une rotation \u00e0 basse vitesse. Le mat\u00e9riau est introduit par l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 du cylindre (c\u00f4t\u00e9 haut), et des plaques de levage circulaires maintiennent les mat\u00e9riaux dispers\u00e9s, les soulevant et les faisant descendre. Le mat\u00e9riau refroidi est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 par l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 basse, et l'air pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 est envoy\u00e9 dans le four rotatif pour la calcination.<\/p>\n\n\n
