La machine \u00e0 sable \u00e0 barres est entra\u00een\u00e9e par un moteur via un r\u00e9ducteur et un grand pignon, ou par un moteur synchrone basse vitesse directement via un grand pignon pour entra\u00eener la rotation du cylindre. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le corps du cylindre est \u00e9quip\u00e9 du milieu de broyage le plus raisonnable : des barres d'acier. Sous l'action de la force centrifuge et de la force de frottement, le milieu de broyage est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 une certaine hauteur puis retombe dans un \u00e9tat de projection ou d'\u00e9jection. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

La mati\u00e8re \u00e0 broyer entre continuellement \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur du cylindre par l'orifice d'alimentation et est broy\u00e9e par le milieu de broyage en mouvement. Le produit fini est \u00e9vacu\u00e9 de la machine sous l'effet de la surverse et de l'alimentation continue en minerai pour l'\u00e9tape de traitement suivante.<\/p>\n\n\n
