Principe de fonctionnement de la machine de flottation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Le minerai broy\u00e9 est m\u00e9lang\u00e9 \u00e0 de l'eau et aux r\u00e9actifs n\u00e9cessaires pendant ou apr\u00e8s le broyage pour former une pulpe via une cuve d'agitation, puis inject\u00e9 dans la cuve de pulpe o\u00f9 le m\u00e9lange d\u00e9marre. L'air est introduit dans la pulpe pour former un grand nombre de bulles, dont certaines n'\u00e9tant pas facilement mouillables par l'eau, c'est-\u00e0-dire que les particules min\u00e9rales g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appel\u00e9es hydrophobes adh\u00e8rent aux bulles et remontent avec elles \u00e0 la surface de la pulpe pour former une couche de bulles min\u00e9ralis\u00e9es. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

D'autres sont facilement mouillables par l'eau et sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement appel\u00e9es particules min\u00e9rales hydrophiles. Elles n'adh\u00e8rent pas aux bulles, mais restent dans la pulpe, et les bulles min\u00e9ralis\u00e9es contenant des min\u00e9raux sp\u00e9cifiques sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9es, atteignant ainsi l'objectif de valorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Elle est constitu\u00e9e d'un tube d'admission. Lorsque la turbine tourne, une pression n\u00e9gative est g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e dans la cavit\u00e9 de la turbine, ce qui permet \u00e0 l'air d'\u00eatre aspir\u00e9 \u00e0 travers le tube de pompe creux et dispers\u00e9 dans la pulpe pour former un amas de bulles.<\/p>\n\n\n
