Le concasseur \u00e0 marteaux lourd peut broyer directement des mat\u00e9riaux d'une taille allant jusqu'\u00e0 1800 mm pour obtenir une granulom\u00e9trie inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 35 mm. Il permet une mise en forme en une seule \u00e9tape, sans concassage secondaire, ce qui peut r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d'environ 40 %. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9 au concassage du calcaire et des pierres de duret\u00e9 moyenne dont la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la compression est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 200 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n

La s\u00e9rie PCZ de concasseurs \u00e0 marteaux lourds est l'un des \u00e9quipements de concassage avanc\u00e9s ; elle est utilis\u00e9e pour concasser les pierres en produits finis en une seule \u00e9tape. Cependant, le concasseur \u00e0 marteaux lourd ne convient pas \u00e0 toutes les pierres ; il est uniquement applicable au calcaire, \u00e0 la dolomite, \u00e0 la pierre bleue, au charbon, aux st\u00e9riles et autres pierres dont la duret\u00e9 est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 200 MPa.<\/p>\n\n\n

Principe de fonctionnement du concasseur \u00e0 marteaux lourd<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La partie principale de travail du concasseur \u00e0 marteaux lourd PCZ est le rotor \u00e9quip\u00e9 de marteaux (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9s t\u00eates de marteau). Le rotor est compos\u00e9 d'un arbre principal, de disques, de goupilles et de marteaux. Le moteur entra\u00eene le rotor en rotation \u00e0 haute vitesse dans la chambre de concassage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les mat\u00e9riaux p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans la machine par l'orifice d'alimentation sup\u00e9rieur et sont soumis \u00e0 l'action de frappe, d'impact, de cisaillement et de broyage des marteaux en mouvement rapide. Dans la partie inf\u00e9rieure du rotor se trouve une plaque criblante ; les particules plus petites que la taille des mailles de la plaque sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9es \u00e0 travers celle-ci. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les particules grossi\u00e8res, plus grandes que la taille des mailles, sont retenues sur la plaque criblante pour \u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau frapp\u00e9es et broy\u00e9es par les marteaux, puis sont finalement \u00e9vacu\u00e9es \u00e0 travers la plaque.<\/p>\n\n\n
