Le principe de fonctionnement du concasseur \u00e0 percussion vertical repose sur le principe de \u201cpierre contre pierre\u201d. Il permet aux pierres de percuter, dans leur chute naturelle, d'autres pierres acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es par la roue \u00e0 aubes, afin d'atteindre l'objectif de concassage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lorsque la pierre acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9e entre en collision avec la pierre tombant naturellement, un vortex se forme, et une rupture secondaire se produit lors du mouvement de retour, ce qui r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement l'usure de la plaque de contre-attaque de la machine pendant le fonctionnement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La pierre tombe directement de la partie sup\u00e9rieure de la machine sur la table de rotation \u00e0 haute vitesse. Sous l'action de la force centrifuge \u00e0 haute vitesse, elle entre en collision avec une autre partie des pierres cibles dispos\u00e9es autour de la table en forme de parapluie, g\u00e9n\u00e9rant un impact \u00e0 haute vitesse et un concassage \u00e0 haute densit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Apr\u00e8s que les pierres se soient percut\u00e9es, un mouvement vortex se forme \u00e9galement entre la table de rotation et le carter, provoquant de multiples chocs, frottements et \u00e9clatements. Les mat\u00e9riaux sont ensuite \u00e9vacu\u00e9s directement par la partie inf\u00e9rieure.
