Le concasseur \u00e0 marteaux annulaire est \u00e9quip\u00e9 de rotors munis de marteaux. Les rotors sont constitu\u00e9s d'un arbre principal, de disques, d'axes de broche et de marteaux. Le moteur entra\u00eene les rotors en rotation rapide dans la chambre de concassage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le concasseur par l'orifice d'alimentation et sont frapp\u00e9es, percut\u00e9es, cisaill\u00e9es et broy\u00e9es par les marteaux \u00e0 haute vitesse jusqu'\u00e0 une taille r\u00e9duite. Une plaque de criblage est situ\u00e9e sous le rotor ; les mat\u00e9riaux de taille inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la maille du tamis sont \u00e9vacu\u00e9s, tandis que les autres continuent \u00e0 \u00eatre martel\u00e9s et broy\u00e9s jusqu'\u00e0 atteindre la taille requise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
