Domaine d'application :<\/mark><\/strong> La cuve de lixiviation \u00e0 double turbine convient aux op\u00e9rations de m\u00e9lange telles que la lixiviation de l'or et l'adsorption, lorsque la densit\u00e9 est faible, la viscosit\u00e9 est basse, la vitesse de s\u00e9dimentation est lente, la granulom\u00e9trie du minerai est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 200 mesh pour plus de 90 %, et la concentration de la pulpe est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 45 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'\u00e9coulement du minerai est r\u00e9gulier, la pulpe est uniform\u00e9ment m\u00e9lang\u00e9e et la consommation d'\u00e9nergie est faible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'air entre dans la cuve via l'arbre creux de transmission et est agit\u00e9 par les pales, assurant une dispersion uniforme de l'air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Structure compacte et maintenance pratique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'arbre creux assure une ventilation jusqu'\u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure ; l'air entre dans la cuve par celui-ci, se disperse uniform\u00e9ment et produit de fines bulles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Deux nouvelles turbines sont utilis\u00e9es ; le diam\u00e8tre de la turbine dans la cuve de m\u00e9lange est important, la vitesse de rotation est faible et la consommation d'\u00e9nergie pour le m\u00e9lange est r\u00e9duite, ce qui limite l'abrasion du carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L'intensit\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange est mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, et la concentration de la pulpe ainsi que la distribution de finesse dans la cuve sont homog\u00e8nes, am\u00e9liorant ainsi le taux de lixiviation au cyanure et le taux d'adsorption du carbone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La turbine de la cuve de lixiviation est rev\u00eatue de caoutchouc r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l'usure, sa vitesse est faible et sa dur\u00e9e de vie est longue.<\/p>\n\n\n

Principe de fonctionnement de la cuve de lixiviation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La cuve de lixiviation est agit\u00e9e par la double turbine, cr\u00e9ant un \u00e9coulement du haut vers le bas au centre, une diffusion \u00e0 travers la plaque d'amortissement p\u00e9riph\u00e9rique, et une alimentation en air \u00e0 l'extr\u00e9mit\u00e9 inf\u00e9rieure de l'arbre. L'air se m\u00e9lange \u00e0 la pulpe et circule vers le haut, formant un m\u00e9lange homog\u00e8ne en suspension.<\/p>\n\n\n
