Apr\u00e8s avoir compris leurs besoins, nous avons fabriqu\u00e9 les broyeurs \u00e0 boulets n\u00e9cessaires, et organis\u00e9 l'emballage, le transport et la formation sur site. Apr\u00e8s confirmation de la commande, les deux parties signent un contrat formel, pr\u00e9cisant les sp\u00e9cifications exactes de l'\u00e9quipement, la date de livraison et le mode de paiement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>2.<\/strong> <strong>Fabrication et inspection de l'\u00e9quipement :<\/strong> Conform\u00e9ment aux exigences de la commande, le d\u00e9partement de production commence la fabrication des broyeurs \u00e0 boulets humides. Durant le processus de fabrication, nous contr\u00f4lons strictement la qualit\u00e9 pour garantir que chaque \u00e9tape respecte les normes techniques. Apr\u00e8s l'ach\u00e8vement de la fabrication, un contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 rigoureux est effectu\u00e9, incluant des tests fonctionnels et des v\u00e9rifications de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, afin de s'assurer que l'\u00e9quipement est enti\u00e8rement conforme aux indicateurs de performance sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s dans le contrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>3. La nouvelle machine doit \u00eatre vidang\u00e9e apr\u00e8s un mois, nettoy\u00e9e \u00e0 fond et remplie d'huile neuve, puis l'huile doit \u00eatre remplac\u00e9e tous les 6 mois. Surveillez la lubrification de chaque point de graissage et v\u00e9rifiez au moins toutes les quatre heures. La temp\u00e9rature de l'huile de lubrification du palier principal doit \u00eatre maintenue en dessous de 55 \u00b0C, et ne doit en aucun cas d\u00e9passer 60
