O secador de bentonita \u00e9 um processo de secagem de alta temperatura, que seca a bentonita com baixo teor de umidade, uniformidade na secagem e umidade, capacidade de produ\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1vel, durabilidade e adaptabilidade. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O secador de bentonita pode utilizar carv\u00e3o, \u00f3leo, g\u00e1s e outros combust\u00edveis para aquecimento. Princ\u00edpio de funcionamento do secador de bentonita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

O sistema de secagem de bentonita \u00e9 composto principalmente por um forno de ar quente, transportador de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, tambor rotativo, transportador de descarga, ventilador de exaust\u00e3o, coletor de poeira cicl\u00f4nico, coletor de poeira de mangas (ou coletor de poeira \u00famido) e sistema de controle de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

O equipamento adota um processo de secagem em corrente paralela, e seu princ\u00edpio de funcionamento \u00e9 o seguinte: Ap\u00f3s a bentonita entrar no tambor de secagem, ela \u00e9 dividida nas seguintes \u00e1reas de trabalho: a primeira \u00e9 a \u00e1rea de guia, onde a bentonita entra nesta \u00e1rea e evapora rapidamente a \u00e1gua em contato com o ar quente de alta temperatura, e as placas guias movem o material em um grande \u00e2ngulo, direcionando-o para a pr\u00f3xima \u00e1rea de trabalho; a segunda \u00e9 a \u00e1rea de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o, onde a bentonita \u00e9 levantada pelas placas formando uma cortina de material. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neste momento, a bentonita est\u00e1 em contato total com o ar quente, e a \u00e1gua presente evapora rapidamente e se transforma em vapor d'\u00e1gua, que \u00e9 ent\u00e3o removido pelo ventilador de exaust\u00e3o, alcan\u00e7ando o objetivo de secar a bentonita; a bentonita \u00e9 seca at\u00e9 um estado solto com umidade inferior a 5% (ou menos) nesta \u00e1rea, e ap\u00f3s a troca de calor atinge o estado de umidade necess\u00e1rio, entrando na \u00e1rea de descarga na parte traseira; a terceira \u00e9 a \u00e1rea de descarga, onde o tambor n\u00e3o possui placas de eleva\u00e7\u00e3o nesta se\u00e7\u00e3o, e a bentonita rola at\u00e9 a abertura de descarga nesta \u00e1rea, completando todo o processo de secagem.<\/p>\n\n\n
