Este equipamento \u00e9 modificado internamente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao secador de cilindro \u00fanico para aumentar a pr\u00e9-secagem do material \u00famido antes de entrar na m\u00e1quina e prolongar o tempo de secagem do material \u00famido no interior. O secador de tr\u00eas cilindros consiste em alterar o corpo de cilindro \u00fanico do secador de cilindro \u00fanico para tr\u00eas cilindros sobrepostos, reduzindo o tamanho geral do corpo do secador. Durante o funcionamento da m\u00e1quina, o material e o fluxo de ar quente entram sequencialmente do cilindro interno para o externo. O comprimento total da forma cil\u00edndrica \u00e9 de aproximadamente 30-35% do cilindro \u00fanico equivalente, reduzindo significativamente a \u00e1rea ocupada e a \u00e1rea constru\u00edda da planta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O dispositivo de suporte da m\u00e1quina sustenta a cinta do rolo e o rolo de apoio no cilindro externo, sendo o rolo de apoio acionado diretamente por um motor.
