A crescente demanda por produtos de propante para fraturamento petrol\u00edfero impulsiona o desenvolvimento cont\u00ednuo da ind\u00fastria de propante de fraturamento petrol\u00edfero (areia de ceramsita) de cada pa\u00eds, e o forno rotativo tem sido continuamente otimizado como equipamento chave para a calcina\u00e7\u00e3o da areia de ceramsita. O forno rotativo projetado por nossa empresa para atender \u00e0s necessidades da ind\u00fastria de propante para fraturamento petrol\u00edfero possui as caracter\u00edsticas de forte capacidade de calcina\u00e7\u00e3o, alta efici\u00eancia t\u00e9rmica e produtos uniformes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A areia de ceramsita, tamb\u00e9m chamada de propante de fraturamento, \u00e9 um tipo de produto de part\u00edcula cer\u00e2mica com alta resist\u00eancia \u00e0 fratura. \u00c9 utilizada principalmente para suporte de po\u00e7o em campos de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s para aumentar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo, g\u00e1s natural, g\u00e1s de camada de carv\u00e3o e g\u00e1s de xisto. \u00c9 um produto ambientalmente amig\u00e1vel. Este produto \u00e9 fabricado a partir de bauxita de alta qualidade e outras mat\u00e9rias-primas que s\u00e3o sinterizadas. \u00c9 um substituto para propantes de baixa e m\u00e9dia resist\u00eancia, como areia de quartzo natural, bolas de vidro e bolas de metal, e tem um bom efeito no aumento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de petr\u00f3leo e g\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n

Princ\u00edpio de funcionamento do forno rotativo para areia de ceramsita<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

A bauxita com granulometria de 300-500mm \u00e9 triturada e enviada para o secador de leito fluidizado para secagem, depois passa pela esta\u00e7\u00e3o de dosagem com p\u00f3 de mangan\u00eas e aditivos, e entra no sistema de moagem com separador de v\u00f3rtice para preparar part\u00edculas finas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Para a farinha crua com grau de 400 mesh ou mais, utiliza-se um novo tipo de granulador para transformar a farinha crua em pelotas com granulometria qualificada ap\u00f3s adi\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua. As pelotas entram no secador na extremidade do forno, utilizam o calor residual dos gases de exaust\u00e3o da cauda do forno para reduzir a umidade das pelotas e, ap\u00f3s peneiramento, entram no forno rotativo para calcina\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A areia de ceramsita calcinada \u00e9 resfriada por um resfriador simples e depois peneirada por uma peneira cil\u00edndrica. Os tamanhos qualificados e diferentes s\u00e3o embalados separadamente e ent\u00e3o expedidos. As pelotas n\u00e3o qualificadas retornam ao sistema de moagem.<\/p>\n\n\n
