Cement ball mill working principle
Cement mills usually adopt edge drive, generally equipped with 2 to 4 bins. The materials enter the ball mill No. 1 bin evenly from the feeding device through the feeding screw. There is a stepped liner inside the bin, which contains different specifications of grinding media, and the cylinder rotates. Centrifugal force is generated to bring the grinding medium to a certain height and then fall down, which will impact and grind the material; after the material is coarsely ground in the No. 1 warehouse, it enters the next warehouse through the partition liner, which is lined with a corrugated liner or a flat liner. , There is a grinding medium to further grind the material; the powdery material is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding work.
The cement ball mill is composed of a feeding device, a discharging device, a barrel of the mill, a moving device (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control) and other main parts.
