Spring cone crusher application

Spring cone crusher is widely used in the quarrying and mining industry, metallurgical, rod construction, building material, chemical industry, silicate industry etc. It can be used as secondary, tertiary or quaternary crushing equipment, and can crush materials of above medium hardness, such as iron ores, copper ores, limestone, quartz, granite, etc.

The standard type (PYB) is applied to secondary crushing; the medium type (PYZ) and the short-head (PYD) are applied to fine crushing

Spring cone crusher working principle

When the spring of the cone crusher is working, the motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate through the drive, and the moving cone rotates and swings under the forced motion of the eccentric shaft.

The moving cone is close to the section of the static cone and becomes the crushing chamber. The material is broken by the multiple extrusion and impact of the moving cone and the static cone.

When the moving cone is away from the section, it has been crushed to the required size, and the material falls under its own gravity and is discharged from the cone bottom.
