Outstanding features of lime rotary kiln
1. The output of the rotary kiln is stable, suitable for large, medium and small active lime production lines;

Limestone rotary kiln working principle
Limestone is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the limestone rolls along the circumference while moving in the axial direction from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end); fuel flows from The kiln head end (low end) is sprayed into the kiln through a burner for combustion, and the heat is transferred to the limestone by radiation, convection, and conduction. The limestone is calcined into quicklime during the movement process and then discharged from the kiln head end. The gas enters the dust removal system at the end of the kiln.
