Heavy hammer crusher
The heavy hammer crusher can directly crush materials within 1800mm to below 35mm. It can be formed at one time without two-stage crushing, which can reduce the cost by about 40%.
It is especially suitable for crushing limestone and medium-hardness stones with a compressive strength of less than 200MPa.

PCZ series Heavy hammer crusher is one of the advanced crushing equipment; it is used to crush stones to be final products at a time. But the heavy hammer crusher cannot be suitable for all the stones; it can just be applicable to limestone, dolomite, bluestone, coal, gangue and other stones whose hardness is below 200MPa.
Heavy hammer crusher working principle
The main working part of the PCZ heavy hammer crusher is the rotor with a hammer (also known as hammerhead). The rotor consists of a spindle, disc, pin and hammer. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber.
Materials from the upper feeding port into the machine, by the high-speed movement of hammer blow, impact, shear, grinding action and crushing. At the lower part of the rotor, there is a sieve plate, and the grains smaller than the size of the sieve hole in the crushed material are discharged through the sieve plate.
The coarse grains larger than the size of the sieve hole are prevented from remaining on the sieve plate to be hit and ground by the hammer, and then discharged through the sieve plate.
