Features of ore slag dryer
1. The ore slag dryer has a relatively large processing capacity, strong anti-overload ability and low fuel consumption, which can directly reduce the drying cost.
2. To achieve a better drying effect, the slag dryer adopts a downstream drying method. The material and heat source airflow enters the drying equipment from the same side. The outlet temperature of the slag dryer is low and the thermal efficiency is high.
3. The slag drying equipment has realized innovation in the internal structure, strengthened the cleaning and heat conduction of dispersed materials, and completely solved the adhesion phenomenon of the inner wall of the cylinder.

Ore slag dryer working principle

Put the dry and wet material on the belt conveyor into the hopper, and the material enters the feeding end through the feeding machine of the hopper. Because the inclination of the feeding pipe is greater than the natural inclination of the material, the material can smoothly enter the dryer. The material enters the lower end with the heating element from the higher end of the dryer cylinder, and then the material and the heating element flow into the cylinder together. Under gravity, the material enters the lower end of the cylinder. During this period, the wet material also receives heat from the heating medium. The wet material slowly loses moisture and is dried. The screw conveyor sends out the dried material.
The river sand dryer is composed of a cylinder, roller ring, gear, discharge part, lifting plate, reducer, motor, feeding chute, belt conveyor, etc.
