Quartz sand dryer structure

The quartz sand dryer mainly comprises a cylinder, a supporting device, a transmission device, and an end sealing device. The cylinder is the base of the dryer, and it conducts heat and mass transfer processes and conveys materials inside it. The supporting device of the cylinder is composed of three parts: a rolling ring, a supporting wheel and a retaining wheel. The weight of the entire cylinder is transmitted to the supporting wheel through the rolling ring, and the rolling ring rolls on the supporting wheel, and the blocking wheel acts to block the axial movement of the cylinder forward. The transmission devices of the dryer mainly include motors, reducers, gears, ring gears, feeding and discharging devices and sealing devices.
