Air swept coal mill working principle
The feeding equipment feeds the raw coal into the chute of the feeding device. While the material is sliding down, the hot air with a temperature of about 300ยฐC also enters the mill through the air inlet pipe to dry the raw coal; the raw coal enters the barrel through the feeding screw. In the body warehouse, there are a certain number of grinding bodies in the warehouse.
Due to the rotation of the cylinder, the lining plate will bring the grinding bodies to a certain height, and then use the impact energy and friction energy when falling to crush and grind the raw coal.
At the same time of crushing and grinding, a specially induced draft fan passes through the discharging device of the mill to suck the ground fine powder together with the used hot air out of the mill, and the mixture of fine powder and hot air passes through a special classifier, The classifier will select the unqualified coarse powder, and then send it back to the mill for re-grinding.
