Flotation machine product performance
Low operating cost: Compared with the conventional mechanical stirring flotation machine, it can save electricity by 1/3~1/2.
The wearing parts have strong durability: The impeller is always active in the machine, which plays a role in removing accumulated materials and sundries and reduces the phenomenon of damage to parts due to sundries. The impeller of the mixing device is made of ground rubber. Enhanced wear resistance.
High separation accuracy and low ash content of clean coal: The ash content of clean coal can be reduced by 1 to 2% compared with conventional mechanical agitation flotation machines.
Good flotation effect: The liquid-level automatic control device is installed inside, and the degree of foam refinement is high, thereby improving the flotation effect.
Flotation machine working principle
The ground ore is mixed with water and necessary agents during or after grinding to form a slurry through a stirring tank and then injected into the slurry tank where the mixing is started, and the air is introduced into the slurry to form a large number of bubbles, some of which are not easily affected by water. Wet, that is, generally called hydrophobic mineral particles are attached to the bubbles and float to the surface of the slurry together with the bubbles to form a layer of mineralized bubbles.
Others are easily wetted by water and are generally called hydrophilic mineral particles. It does not adhere to the bubbles, but stays in the pulp, and discharges the mineralized bubbles containing specific minerals, to achieve the purpose of beneficiation.
It consists of the intake tube. When the impeller rotates, a negative pressure is generated in the impeller cavity, so the air is inhaled through the hollow pump tube and dispersed in the slurry to form a bubble cluster.
