Structure of fly ash dryer

The fly ash dryer mechanism is not just a simple dryer, but a dryer system. It consists of 3 parts, heating system, heat exchange system, ventilation and dust removal system. Fly ash dryer working principle

In the drying cylinder, the hot air flow can be reasonably distributed throughout the drying cylinder. Fly ash is added from the low-temperature end of the drying cylinder, after drying and drying, the moisture is evaporated, and then discharged from the high-temperature end. The moisture of the dried fly ash powder is 1%, and the fineness of the fly ash powder (80μm sieve residue) is 15%-20%.
